Keywords

switch projects, multiple sites, Oriyent dashboard, project selector, multi-project, project navigation

Overview

If you’re working across multiple jobs, regions, or clients, Oriyent lets you manage each as a separate project. You can quickly switch between them using the project dropdown no logging out or losing your place. Each project maintains its own data, maps, templates, and user permissions.

What You’ll Need

  • An Oriyent account with access to two or more projects

  • Any user role (Owner, Admin, Collaborator, or Observer)

How to Switch Projects

  1. Log in to Oriyent

  2. Locate the Project Selector dropdown in the top-left (or dashboard header)

  3. Click the dropdown to reveal a list of projects

  4. Select the project you want to view

  5. Oriyent will load that project’s data, templates, and forms

Your last selected project will remain active when you return, unless you manually switch again.

Why Use Multiple Projects?

  • Separate clients, sites, or departments

  • Keep data clean and organized

  • Assign different teams or roles to each project

  • Manage progress independently of each other
