Overview
Sometimes a checkbox or a short answer isn’t enough. Oriyent allows you to attach media and comments to any inspection form — helping you document issues, clarify site conditions, or store relevant files like manuals and certificates.
Attachments can be made directly in the form using drag-and-drop or your device’s file picker.
What You’ll Need
An active Oriyent account
A form with attachment fields enabled
Access to your device’s file system or camera
(Optional) Required file formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4, DOCX
How to Add Attachments to a Form
Open the assigned form (via Forms, Map, or Data tab)
Locate an Attachment Field (usually labeled Photos, Documents, or Notes)
Click Upload or Drag & Drop your files
For comments, enter text into the Comments field (if available)
Repeat for additional files or notes
On mobile, you can capture photos or video directly using your camera

Files are stored with the form submission
